This is a 17 minute, simple to follow, guided meditation focusing on the breath. We come into a deep sense of connection and grounding, and move through a full body scan from toes, through the body and spine and into our thoughts, using our powerful healing breath to nourish and purify every cell along the way.


Feeling centred and an overwhelmly sense of calm, we end our practice gently and open-ended so you can enjoy your own silent time, savasana, for as long as you desire.
