About The Event
A gentle and purposeful yoga practice for expecting mamas, whether you are first trimester or third, it is never too early or late to start. You will be guided softly and safely through different asanas (poses), all modified to you. Every body and baby is different so I always encourage modifications or adjustments to suit you. If you have any concerns please message me to discuss.
We will also practice some with gentle pelvic floor exercises and breathing techniques, all designed to prepare and assist your beautiful body and mind for birth.
This is a 60 minute class with 45 minutes for asanas and breath work, 15 minutes for relaxation and meditation/Yoga Nidra. Guided meditations are SO beneficial for strengthening and training our mind to find calm and therefore more ease in our body to open, release and soften.
These classes run for 4 weeks on Thursdays at 1.30pm

Casual visit $25 (pay Cash on the day)

Kirsten is a qualified Yoga Instructor that has been teaching since her pregnancy in 2017 and is currently training to be a Doula. Her son, Austyn, is 26 months old and she truly loves the adventure that is Motherhood. She is passionate about supporting birth parents through every stage of this beautiful (and sometimes challenging) journey and believes having a web of support is crucial to having an empowered birth experience. These classes are a great way to connect with other mums and find support, encouragement and a safe space.
